Nevada Senate committee hears emotional testimony on both sides of DUI bill
The parents of a 21-year-old girl – who was sent back to prison after a Reno Gazette-Journal investigation found that many serious DUI offenders were released on house arrest after serving only months- told lawmakers Wednesday that she is not a “demon.”
